The FBD series mine counter-rotating axial flow partial ventilator is mainly used for non-coal mines, which can be used for medium and long-distance ventilation of mine mining face. It is a new generation of energy-saving ventilators with a wide range of application.zmwm15
FBD series mine axial flow fan has the characteristics of reasonable structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, obvious energy saving effect, low noise and long air supply distance. If the length of the roadway is less than 2000m, the air can be blown normally without moving the ventilator, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers and saves ventilation time. It is an ideal equipment for local ventilation in non-coal mines.
Structural feature
The series fan is composed of six parts: inlet duct, main duct, flameproof motor, first stage impeller, second stage impeller and diffuser. Its structure is shown in Figure 1. The outer cylinder and structural parts are welded with steel plates, the inner cylinder is welded with porous plates, and the inner cylinder is filled with anechoic materials. Each section of air duct is connected by flange bolts, and the impeller is directly connected with the motor. This machine is compact, durable, safe to use and easy to maintain.
