Use of fan
G4-73 and Y4-73 boiler ventilating and induced draft fans: are suitable for ventilating and induced draft fans of steam boilers below 670t/h in thermal power plants. The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80°C; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C. Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device must be installed to minimize the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan.
Type of fan
1, the ventilator and induced draft fan are made into a single suction, each has a total of 13 machine numbers №8-29.5.
2. Facing from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called right-handed fan, represented by "right"; On the contrary, the left cyclone is represented by "left".
3. The position of the air outlet of the fan is expressed by the Angle of the air outlet of the housing.
4. The transmission mode of the fan is type D, which is connected by elastic coupling.
Structural features
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, and transmission part.
(1) The impeller is welded by the obliquely cut blades of the backward-inclined wings.  Due to the use of wing-shaped blades, the high efficiency, low noise, and high strength of the fan is guaranteed.  The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly.
(2) The casing is a spiral body welded with ordinary steel plates.
(3) The convergence and streamlined air inlet are made into an integral structure and fixed with the fan inlet side bolts.
(4) The adjusting door is a device used to adjust the flow of the fan and is installed axially in front of the fan.
The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel, and the fan adopts rolling bearings.  The bearing housing consists of an integral cylindrical bearing housing and a pillow bearing housing.
