Product Description

GY5-51 boiler-induced draft fan is suitable for the supply and induced draft fan system of 2t/ h~670t/ h steam boilers in thermal power plants, and can also meet the performance parameters of fluidized bed furnace high-pressure head. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, Mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems.

The conveying medium of the blower is air, and the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. If the concentration of impurities is less than 200mg/ m², it can be used for more than four years. If the concentration of impurities is large, it can be used, but the service life is relatively short. The maximum operating temperature of the blower must not exceed 250°C.

Structural features
The fan is composed of the impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, regulating door, and other components.
(1) The impeller material is forward curved blades with alternate lengths and short lengths.   After the impeller is formed, it is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so the operation is stable and reliable.
(2) The casing is welded into a volute casing with steel plates.   A dust-cleaning door is opened on the snail plate.   It is convenient to remove the dust accumulated in the blade and the casing and ensure the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.
(3) The air inlet is made into a convergent and streamlined overall structure, which is fixed with bolts and the front cover plate.
(4) The transmission group consists of a main shaft, a water-cooled bearing box, and a coupling.   The main shaft is made of high-quality steel.   Rolling bearings are used, and the bearing housing has two forms: integral type and partial type.
(5) The adjusting door is a device used to adjust the flow rate of the fan.   The adjusting door blades are petal-shaped and axially installed in front of the air inlet.   Due to the adoption of the external transmission structure, the rotation is flexible and convenient.

then the screw blots.
 
(3) Check the inside of the chasssis and other cases to make sure that no tools and other substances are left in it .
